We’re seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Amazon Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in empowering customers to achieve better overall wellness by providing timely, accurate, and professional support. This is a fully remote, flexible, and reduced-hour schedule position (30-39 hours per week) that offers a competitive salary of $25.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon customers via phone, email, and web, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, utilizing software tools to navigate customer accounts and communicate effective solutions
- Proactively identify solutions to customer inquiries, taking a hands-on approach to resolving issues from start to finish
- Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide clinical advisement when necessary
- Deliver best-in-class service experiences, working in a fast-paced environment to maximize customer relationships
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
- Hardwired broadband internet connection with minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
- Ability to change schedule frequently (every 3 weeks) with a two-week advance notice
- Ability to work in a private, distraction-free home environment with full attention to customers during work hours
