Job Summary: Location: Remote (Atlanta, USA) Company: Home Depot Compensation: $25/hour Employment Type: Full-time Work Hours: 8 hours/day Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with instructional designers to create learning content, including modules, courses, and reference materials Curate and gather data to inform learning content, and create storyboards and error-free educational materials Test and evaluate learning content for quality assurance Provide guidance and support to internal and external subject matter experts Utilize standard eLearning development tools and software, including Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate Proactively communicate project status to stakeholders and management Review and edit materials to ensure compliance with Home Depot standards Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Educational Design, Adult Learning, or a related field Experience with instructional design and development Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with eLearning development tools and software Preferred Qualifications: Formal learning degree or certificate in Educational Design, Adult Learning, or a related field Experience with photo editing software (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.) Experience with SharePoint and video production software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $25/hour Opportunity to work with a leading retail company Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional development and growth opportunities Ready to Apply?
