We are a growing behavioral health provider committed to delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children and families. We value collaboration, flexibility, and professionalism, and we’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote team and help supervise RBTs/LBTs while supporting families in reaching their goals.
Right now, we are specifically looking for a BCBA for the state of Colorado — this role does not require a Colorado state license and can be fully remote.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support RBTs/LBTs in implementing ABA programs
Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure quality of care
Provide parent/caregiver training and support
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing (no Colorado license required)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Experience with remote supervision preferred
Passion for improving the lives of clients and their families
