Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels to address their questions and concerns
- Resolve issues and de-escalate conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
- Escalate interactions as necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution
- Respond to requests for assistance, process payments, and track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues and contribute to process improvements
- Upsell products or services as required, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 25 words per minute, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
- Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
