We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team at Workwarp. As a Remote Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, performing various accounting tasks, and providing administrative support. If you have a passion for numbers, excellent organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of employee wages
  • Handle A/R, A/P, credit card, and petty cash processing, reconciling, and recording
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, analysis, and calculations
  • Maintain organized bookkeeping materials and perform administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in Bookkeeping and Office Administration
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, and knowledge of journal entries and corporate accounting
  • Strong emphasis on attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, adhere to non-disclosure agreements, and work with integrity
