We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business value through the use of statistical techniques to collect, assess, and interpret complex data. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data collection tools to establish the most effective statistical methods for gathering, reviewing, and interpreting research data
  • Apply statistical techniques to solve business and industry-specific problems
  • Research issues and identify the data required to answer specific questions, recognizing trends and interrelations in data
  • Plan, create, and maintain complex statistical databases, performing or supervising data entry
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, connections, and issues, and prepare detailed reports for management and other departments
  • Train the technical team on how to properly organize findings and read data gathered
  • Develop surveys, questionnaires, and polls to collect vital information, and apply testing methods to accurately identify and define optimal categories to be addressed
  • Assist in influencing business strategy through data-driven insights

Essential Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of business insight and analysis experience
  • 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analysis team, including employee development and performance management expertise
  • Experience with SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar
  • Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab, or other statistical/AI programming languages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working with large data warehousing environments
  • 10+ years of data warehouse technical architecture, data modeling, system components, ETL/ELT, and reporting/logical tools and environments, data structures, and hands-on SQL coding experience
