Remote Call Center/Pharmacy Technician – Unlock Your Potential with a Dynamic Team

Candidates must reside in the EST or CST time zones to be considered for this role.


Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Process Coverage Determination Requests within CMS Timeframes
  • Effectively communicate pharmacy benefits verbally and in writing
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while multitasking in a high-demand environment

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Retail, PBM, Hospital, or Managed Care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
  • Knowledge of prescription drug names, therapeutic classes, and claims processing
  • Understanding of Privacy Regulations
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Medicare Part D Experience
  • Contact Center Experience
  • Knowledge of CMS/NCQA regulations
  • Understanding of pharmacy claims processing

Education and Certifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2 years of college preferred
