Remote Claims Specialist – $35/Hour

Responsibilities: As a Remote Claims Specialist, you will:

  • Review, analyze, and resolve complex and sensitive healthcare claims according to state-driven guidelines.
  • Develop proficiency with multiple Medicaid plans.
  • Utilize claims handling experience to ensure accurate and timely claim processing.
  • Manage multiple tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiently use computers, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical case handling experience (business, Medicaid, government healthcare, etc.).
  • Experience working in a production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in areas like denied claims.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with QNXT claims processing systems.
  • Experience with Edicts data.
