Responsibilities: As a Remote Claims Specialist, you will:
- Review, analyze, and resolve complex and sensitive healthcare claims according to state-driven guidelines.
- Develop proficiency with multiple Medicaid plans.
- Utilize claims handling experience to ensure accurate and timely claim processing.
- Manage multiple tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Proficiently use computers, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of clinical case handling experience (business, Medicaid, government healthcare, etc.).
- Experience working in a production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in areas like denied claims.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with computers, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with QNXT claims processing systems.
- Experience with Edicts data.
