United Built Homes is seeking an individual with collections experience to join our team! Schedule and Compensation... The required schedule for this full time position is Monday - Thursday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Friday. Compensation will include a competitive hourly rate, plus commission. Job Duties: Collection calls and correspondence in a goal oriented collections department. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts. Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts. Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department. Must communicate & follow up effectively with customers. Collection experience preferred but we will offer training for the right person. Must be able to work from home, maintaining reliable internet access and a dedicated work space that is free of distractions.
