Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality content, including writing, editing, and proofreading
- Collaborate with our team to create engaging and immersive experiences for our users
- Work with our art and design teams to develop settings, characters, and storylines
- Own the process of building new IP, including working with cross-functional teams to develop settings, characters, and storylines
- Write and edit content for various platforms, including in-game dialogue, writing descriptions, cinematics, and more
- Participate in group playtesting and provide feedback to improve the user experience
- Advance a culture of inclusivity and diversity within our team, and ensure that our content reflects this ethos
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has significant experience in content creation, game development, or a related field
- Has a deep understanding of story design theory and best practices, particularly as it relates to IP world-building
- Has experience managing and directing writers and other creative team members
- Has a strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Is a team player who thrives in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary environment
- Is passionate about creating engaging and immersive experiences for users
