As a key member of our afterhours Corporate Travel team, you will utilize your expertise in SABRE GDS to drive success and deliver outstanding results. At AAA Club Alliance, we offer a competitive salary range of $15.78 to $30.26 hourly , depending on your experience and schedule, plus a range of benefits, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage 8 Paid Holidays Paid time off to volunteer Tuition reimbursement 401(K) plan with company match up to 7% Complimentary AAA Premier Membership, offering discounts on our products and services Responsibilities: Fulfill domestic travel requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest cost for booked itineraries and maximum commission claimed Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating travel-related information Utilize SABRE GDS to manage corporate travel bookings Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies Maintain professional and courteous client relations by promptly responding to telephone and email communications Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs to accurately advise clients Achieve individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity Schedule Availability: Flexible schedule with potential shift availability between 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST, including at least one weekend day or evening shift.
