Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions Work with confidential customer information, maintaining sensitivity and discretion at all times Aim to resolve issues on the first call, using proactive and innovative approaches to customer service Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language, and providing regular updates on issue resolution Requirements: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences High school graduate or equivalent, with excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to type 25 wpm, with proficiency in desktop computer systems and software applications Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Proficiency in Windows operating systems, with excellent organizational and time management skills Work from Home Requirements: Reliable internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 25.0 Mbps and upload speed of 5.0 Mbps Quiet and dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions Ability to provide proof of internet speed, with a stable and secure connection Join Our Team: At Teleperformance, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, inspired, and supported.
