We’re seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Remote Customer Experience Specialist – Dispatcher to join our team at Workwarp, a leading provider of indoor heating and air conditioning solutions. As a key member of our Residential Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support.
Job Overview:
In this dynamic role, you will handle inbound phone calls, schedule service and maintenance appointments, maintain our customer database, and perform daily outbound calls. You will also be responsible for routing technicians based on location and fostering a positive team atmosphere within the dispatch team.
Work Schedule:
- Wednesday: On-site at our Chantilly office (8AM-5PM with a 1-hour lunch break)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home (8AM-5PM with a 1-hour lunch break)
Requirements:
- 1+ year of previous call center experience
- Typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills using our customer database (Service Titan)
Remote Work Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- High-speed internet
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
