Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, with a willingness to learn and develop your technical skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we’re looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional support and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule, requiring availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
