Job Summary:

We’re looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and professional support to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues, demonstrate empathy, and offer solutions that enhance their shopping journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best solution
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by Amazon
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Engage positively with customers, ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer service processes and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with online shopping platforms
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory

What We Offer:
