About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you’ll be responsible for providing top-notch customer care, handling a range of airport-related tasks, and collaborating with our Lead Specialists to ensure a safe and high-quality airport experience. Your duties will include:
- Delivering consistently excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints
- Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, security, gates, and arrivals (where applicable)
- Conducting security checks, screening passengers, and accompanying them as needed
- Working closely with Lead Specialists to ensure smooth operations and taking direction from them
- Completing administrative tasks, such as pre-flight and post-flight departure procedures
- Representing American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach
- Promoting and selling American Airlines services and products to clients
Requirements for Success:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A solution-oriented approach and ability to resolve conflicts within time constraints
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- A customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
