Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
