Job Summary:

We’re looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Representative team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring prompt and considerate support while maintaining accurate and timely data entry. Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all requests and data entry tasks, meeting specified performance goals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices, with skills in operating computers and attention to detail.
