What You’ll Do:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Resolve complex customer issues related to health and life insurance policies, including re-rating and claims assistance.
- Interpret policies, rules, and regulations to find the best solutions for our customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and requests in our systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- A strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
