About the Role: As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success with our products and services. You’ll work closely with our clients to resolve inquiries and issues, provide training and onboarding, and identify areas for improvement to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide subject matter expertise on our web-based applications and tools through client trainings and support
- Set up new clients for success by provisioning new services and guiding them through the onboarding process
- Identify trends in client needs and communicate effectively with our Product Development team to improve our product offerings
- Create, modify, and publish internal and external documentation as needed
- Collaborate with Account Managers to improve the client experience and maximize retention
- Lead and contribute to special customer service initiatives
