As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business decisions by applying advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, complex data sets. About the Role: The Disney Streaming Information and Examination association is looking for a Data Expert who will be an excellent addition to our High-Level Investigation, Content team. As a Data Analyst, you will join our content team that applies scientific rigor to optimize our content portfolio, marketing, and release strategy. Responsibilities: Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to drive business decisions Analyze customer behavior to identify unmet customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions Optimize content launch and episode release strategy Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders Effectively communicate insights through compelling data storytelling Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent At least 2 years of Data Analysis experience Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methods Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems Excellent data storytelling skills Nice to Have: Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent A passion for Media and Entertainment What We Offer: Competitive salary: $22/hour Full-time employment 8-hour workday Remote work arrangement How to Apply: If you are a motivated and skilled Data Analyst looking for a new challenge, please apply now.
