Join our team as a Data Analyst at the Good Jobs Innovation Lab, where you’ll play a key role in driving program evaluation, design, and product innovation. As a remote team member, you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional hybrid meetings in Oakland, CA.
About the Role:
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for lending and technical assistance, leveraging data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
- Visualize complex data stories, presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improved products and services, driving business intelligence optimization and client outcomes.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to measure and evaluate best practices, innovations, and interventions, informing PCV’s theory of change.
- Support key research and thought leadership efforts, ensuring effective design, delivery, and collaboration across teams.

- Competitive salary: $70,000 – $85,000

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis or a related field, including internships
- College degree or relevant experience in a technical field, such as business analytics, economics, or applied statistics
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data infrastructure and excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to learn new data ecosystems and tools quickly, with a self-starter mindset and comfort with ambiguity
