Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Proactively monitor data quality by performing regular audits, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (e.g., marketing, sales, engineering) to gather, verify, and update data as needed. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Compliance & Security: Adhere to strict data privacy and security regulations, ensuring data is handled responsibly and in compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information. Troubleshooting & Escalation: Identify and troubleshoot data entry issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical teams for resolution. Document issues and solutions to improve data quality processes. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data management, data governance, and data quality. Propose and implement improvements to data processes. Performance & Accuracy: Consistently meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining the highest standards of data quality. Demonstrate a commitment to efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve overall data management efficiency. Contribute to the development and implementation of new data quality initiatives. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a related role, with a preference for experience in a remote work environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all data entry tasks. Ability to identify and correct errors quickly and efficiently.
