About the position
Responsibilities
• Foster, develop, and maintain relationships with customers on 10-25 SMB and/or franchisee accounts.
• Manage pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms, including keyword research and ad copy testing.
• Assist customers in managing their Google, Yelp, and Facebook business listings for local search management.
• Develop content for websites that explains services and drives conversions.
• Guide customers with their reputation management efforts.
• Analyze trends in Google Analytics to drive growth and improvements on client accounts.
• Collaborate with other digital marketing strategists and social media/content teams.
• Stay updated with changes in the Local SEO and SEM industry.
Requirements
• Minimum one year experience in a client-facing role with challenging clients.
• Minimum one year experience in Search Engine Marketing, including Google Ads.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with machine learning in digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
