Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Client Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, including administrative tasks, communication, operations, project management, sales, customer service, and marketing. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to clients, including email management, scheduling, and data entry
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage operations, including workflow optimization, process improvement, and project management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, and campaign execution
  • Perform personal tasks, such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and providing general support to clients

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
