What You'll Do: As a HEDIS Reviewer, you'll play a key role in improving care for health plan members by: Conducting outreach to members to complete Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) surveys Contacting providers & members to collect medical records Verifying preventive screenings & chronic disease care are completed Reviewing & annotating medical records in Adobe PDF Completing data entry & search tasks using HEDIS technical specs Performing administrative tasks (e.g., faxing providers, verifying demographics) Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a MUST Comfortable working 100% on the computer Strong attention to detail + solid documentation habits Comfortable with outreach calls to members & providers Reliable and able to commit to the full project timeline Before You Apply - You MUST Answer: ✅ List 3 Microsoft Office programs you've used + years of experience in each. ✅ Can you connect the provided laptop to your modem via Ethernet cable (not WIFI)? ✅ Can you work M-F, 8-5 your local time, uninterrupted, from January-May?
