As a Remote HR Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and summarizing human resource data to inform business decisions, policy formulation, and workforce planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular reporting and analytics to support HR functions, using tools such as Excel and Workday
- Develop and implement methods for identifying data patterns and trends, and offer project support on various HR initiatives
- Support reporting needs across all HR functions, including configuration, troubleshooting, and advising on potential reporting solutions
- Consult with HR stakeholders to identify recommendations and feedback for HR policies and initiatives, using data-driven insights
- Meet with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and generate data-driven solutions
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting simple and advanced analyses, with expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Excel Pivot Table, and HRIS data and systems, including Workday
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
