Duties and Responsibilities: · Conduct intake assessments. · Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using modalities of your choice (special focus on anxiety, depression, OCD, and couples counseling). · Maintain session documentation and administrative notes. · Work collaboratively within a supportive team to ensure client success and clinical effectiveness. Education: · Masters Licensure: · LP-MHC actively working toward full licensure in NYS · Must reside in New York State. Technical: · Required: Proficient with EHR platforms and technology. Knowledge of Simple Practice is preferred. · Secure internet connection and personal computer. Professional: · Minimum of 1 year of counseling experience. · Certificate of Professional Liability Insurance. Hours & Compensation: Office hours: Monday to Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm Schedule: Evening and weekend availability required. Typical shifts include: Monday–Wednesday: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM Thursday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Pay: $35/hour with the opportunity to increase to $40/hour for part-time (fee-for-service, W2 position).
