Job Summary: We're hiring a Remote Medical Call Center Agent to perform outbound calls to carriers, verify medical insurance coverage, and ensure seamless patient care. As a key member of our team, you'll utilize your computer skills for data entry, gather and review patient billing and medical information, and operate in accordance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines.
