REQUIRED SKILLS: Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with remote IT systems, including but not limited to cloud computing, virtualization, and network infrastructure. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Security Expertise Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and the ability to implement effective security measures. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with remote teams. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex IT issues and develop innovative solutions.
