We’re seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Licensed Senior Sales Representative to join our team of sales consultants. As a key member of our team, you will promote Farmers Workplace Solutions insurance products to prospective customers, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. At Farmers, we offer a competitive base salary of $18 per hour plus monthly incentives, with top performers earning $100k+ annually. About the Role:
- Sell insurance products to inbound callers and make outbound calls to optimize sales potential
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Qualify customers for cross-sell and upselling opportunities
- Navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers
Requirements:
- P&C/Personal Lines License required
- Experience in property & casualty insurance sales preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; call center experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC and software skills required
