As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Live Chat Agent to help assist and guide customers through their journey with DartNode. Role Overview As a Live Chat Agent , you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting DartNode.com. You’ll provide real-time support, answer product and service-related inquiries, and help guide customers in selecting the best hosting solutions for their needs. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can quickly learn our product offerings and assist in closing sales . Key Responsibilities Monitor and respond to live chat inquiries on DartNode.com. Assist customers in selecting the right hosting plans based on their needs. Answer general questions about DartNode’s products, services, and policies. Provide guidance to both new and existing customers. Identify sales opportunities and help close deals through effective communication. Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Maintain a professional and friendly tone while engaging with customers. Requirements Strong written communication skills in English. Ability to quickly learn and understand DartNode’s products and services. Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on helping customers find the right solutions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
