About the Role
In this full-time or part-time role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking customer orders, assisting with inventory updates and order fulfillment, and providing customer support through various channels. You will collaborate with our logistics team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly handling member concerns and inquiries.

- Provide customer support through various channels, resolving member inquiries related to their orders
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly handling member concerns and inquiries
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or logistics experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
