A Multi-State Medicare-Focused Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced person to recruit and acquire agents and agencies. Responsibilities Oversee and manage insurance sales operations, focusing on Medicare products. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets. Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. Conduct outside sales activities, including negotiations and presentations. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration processes. Collaborate with team members to enhance sales administration and support efforts.
