We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Outbound Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience
- Previous high-volume outbound call center experience with auto-dialer and script handling preferred
- Results-focused mindset with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a friendly and conversational tone
- Strong technical skills with ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Fluency in English and reliable internet service with minimum 10MB upload/download availability
- Clear background check required

Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers through our CRM, scheduling and confirming appointments
- Achieve daily performance expectations, including 300 calls and 5-7 appointments per day
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to objections and concerns professionally
- Meet daily performance expectations and participate in one-on-one coaching sessions
- Negotiate appointment times and dates, escalating any customer complaints to management
