This full-remote position is available to candidates based in the United States, and we’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. As a Lab Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Documenting changes to orders and coordinating with facilities and technicians to ensure seamless execution
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating estimated time of arrival (ETA) with technicians and facilities, and reassigning orders as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all necessary information is communicated effectively to stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, call center environment
- A private workspace with a high-speed internet connection, and the ability to meet our safety checklist requirements
- The ability to pass our network performance test and have access to a PC that can run the test
