About the Role: As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will: Engage in online conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop a knowledge base of our evolving products and services Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their customers Requirements: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus!)
