About the position TEKsystems is seeking 20 part-time remote Call Center Representatives for a 3-4 month contract assignment. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication, primarily to inform shareholders about voting inaccuracies. This position requires candidates to have their own equipment, including a laptop/computer and headset, as equipment will not be provided by the company. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls ranging from 100-300 calls daily on an autodialer. , Manage inbound, outbound, and email communication. , Contact shareholders to inform them about inaccuracies in voting information. Requirements Minimum 6 months of customer service or data entry experience. , High school diploma or GED required. , Must have own equipment - laptop/computer and headset (Windows 10/11 only).
