Job Summary:

In this part-time customer support role, you will:

  • Manage a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop a knowledge base of evolving products and services

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, representing our clients in a positive and professional manner
  • Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, adapting to changes and updates in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with strong multitasking abilities (gaming experience a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to adapt to change, work in a quick-paced environment, and meet performance metrics
  • Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, attend 5 weeks of training, and commit to a minimum of 16+ hours per week
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM (40+ preferred)
