September 12, 2025 Privatus Care Solutions, a well-established provider of private nursing services, is searching for a part-time Weekend Scheduling Coordinator our Burlington, MA location. This position will require a detail-oriented team member that genuinely enjoys helping people, problem solving, and customer service. This opportunity will require on-site training in Burlington but will work remotely after training is complete. Working with our team you will: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of private care services to our clients Develop relationships and interact with clients and caregivers on a daily basis Every other weekend: Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm / Subject to call 5:00 pm - 9:00 am The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent customer service and people skills Attention to detail Highly proficient computer skills Prior home care scheduling experience required Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Experience: Home care scheduling: 1 year (Required) Home care scheduling software: 1 year (Preferred) Scheduling home health aides: 1 year (Preferred)
