Key Responsibilities:
- Process prescription requests, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery to patients
- Utilize computer systems to input, retrieve, and assess prescription information, as well as medical and reimbursement data
- Collaborate with the team to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to process improvements
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, handling inbound and outbound calls with patients and providers
- Verify patient data, submit prescription orders, and coordinate with the team to resolve complex issues
What You’ll Need:
- Active and unrestricted State NHA CpHT license or Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician license via EXCPT or PTCB
- At least 1 year of pharmacy experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or patient-facing role
- Call-center or telephonic work experience
