The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success. This role requires a commitment to developing lesson plans, utilizing learning technologies, and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Duties  Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.  Utilize various learning technologies to enhance the educational experience.  Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.  Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.  Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and other assessments.  Provide individualized support to students with varying academic abilities, including those in special education.  Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices in teaching.  Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.  Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and practices. Requirements  BachelorÂs degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.  Proven experience working with high school students in an educational setting.  Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management.  Familiarity with learning technology tools and resources for effective teaching.  Ability to adapt instructional methods for diverse learners, including those requiring special education services.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that supports all students growth.  Experience in adult education or early childhood education is a plus but not required.
