The role is flexible, allowing for remote work, with occasional in-person tasks such as picking up and dropping off paperwork. The organization is looking for someone with bookkeeping experience who can adapt to increasing workloads over time. Responsibilities  Manage financial records using Quickbooks Online. ,  Pay bills and send out end-of-year 1099s. ,  Keep payment methods up-to-date with vendors. ,  Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) reconciliations. ,  Assist with administrative tasks as needed. ,  Support recruiting and hiring processes if qualified. ,  Manage website projects and potentially assist with marketing. Requirements  At least two years of full-time bookkeeping experience or equivalent part-time experience. ,  Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, rated 7 or higher on a scale of 1-10. ,  Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations. ,  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ,  Ability to navigate websites and online accounts effectively.
