Job Description:As a Virtual Online Hotel Reservationist at GlobeTrek Consulting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ accommodation needs are met with precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing hotel reservations through our online booking platforms, providing expert guidance and support to clients, and coordinating with hotels to secure the best rates and accommodations. This position requires a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
 Utilize online booking systems to make hotel reservations for clients according to their preferences and specifications
 Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, or online chat, providing accurate information and assistance
 Coordinate with hotels to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and communicate special requests or accommodations
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel availability, pricing, and promotions to ensure the best possible options for clients
 Process payments and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all booking details
 Assist clients with any changes, cancellations, or adjustments to their reservations, following established procedures and policies
 Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction
 Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes, streamline operations, and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
 Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel booking, or related customer service roles preferred
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
 Proficiency in using online booking systems and other travel-related software applications
