Responsibilities: • Develop and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students. • Conduct interactive and engaging virtual lessons using digital teaching tools. • Offer academic guidance and emotional support to ensure student success. • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress. • Collaborate with fellow educators to create an inclusive and effective virtual classroom. Qualifications: • A valid Special Education teaching license for both your state and the state you’ll serve. • Experience working with students facing learning or developmental challenges. • Understanding of special education laws and educational best practices. • Proficient in using virtual education platforms and technology. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
