Job Overview: Start Date: Immediate openings available Position: Remote Buyer Company: Workwarp Location: Fully remote Compensation: Competitive salary ($23.75 - $27.50 per hour) Key Responsibilities: Streamline Procurement Processes: Evaluate and process requisitions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Contract Management: Review contracts thoroughly, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions while safeguarding organizational interests Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure seamless operational workflows Vendor Relations: Identify and onboard new vendors, maintain strong supplier relationships, and negotiate favorable agreements Utilize Technology: Employ tools like Coupa and Concur for Accounts Payable processing, and leverage Excel for detailed data analysis and reporting Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and use data-driven insights to make strategic purchasing decisions Required Qualifications: Proven experience in a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or similar role, with a deep understanding of procurement principles and best practices Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong internal and external relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex scenarios and implement effective solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software; experience with procurement tools like Coupa or Concur is a plus Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Previous experience in vendor management, contract review, or accounts payable workflows is essential Why Join Us?
