<div><strong>Job Title: Project Manager</strong><br> <br><strong>Location: 100% Remote</strong><br> <br><strong>Duration: Longterm</strong><br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Contactor Team Manager/Executive and/or Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all work is documented and tracked in Azure DevOps (formerly Team Foundation Services) as work items, and that hours entered into the State’s time tracking system match those documented in work items.</li> <li>Contractor Team is responsible for the triage of requests and working with designated DSS staff, Product Backlog Owner (PBO), and/or BIT on proper prioritization of work items, severity level of requests, and classification of requests as backlog items or break/fix requests.</li> <li>The contractor Team is responsible for adhering to the Scrum Development Process, under the Agile framework, including conducting the Scrum ceremonies.</li> <li>As part of the Statement of Work (SOW) refinement, the Contractor shall work with DSS and BIT to define the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for completion of maintenance, enhancement, and new development requests as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or other metrics DSS determines as useful. <ul> <li>Intermediate knowledge of the system and processes</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of the system processes</li> <li>Specific documentation required <ul> <li>Review and update of current documentation</li> <li>Creation of new or missing documentation</li> <li>Full understanding of BIT Development processes (Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Scrum, Change Management, etc.) and ability to execute support and maintenance activities</li> <li>Resolution of support issues without assistance from legacy Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)</li> <li>Response time for support issues</li> <li>Resolution time for support issues</li> <li>Ability for team to execute and complete maintenance, enhancement, and new development projects without assistance from legacy SMEs</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> <li>Contractor, as part of their response to this request for a Managed Services Team, shall detail their methodology for maintenance, enhancement, new development, communication, and/or other relevant methodologies to meet the needs of DMS.</li> <li>Contactor Team Manager/Executive and/or Project Manager is responsible for providing a Project Plan for projects over 1000 hours in effort, at the request of the State, containing the items listed below. The State will reach out to the Contractor Team Manager/Executive to provide high-level business requirements. <ul> <li>Detailed Estimate</li> <li>Schedule</li> <li>Milestones</li> <li>Deliverables </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br><strong>Required Skills</strong><br> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Professional demeanor to represent the maintenance, enhancement, and new development activities to stakeholders in a friendly, unbiased and professional manner.</li> <li>Ability to identify and communicate technical issues, both verbally and written to stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to maintain effective working relationships with vendor and State technical staff.</li> <li>Ability to work within a demanding project environment. </li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT system maintenance, support, and enhancement activities of which 3 years within Medicaid/Medical claims systems; </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent in English, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or relevant field; </li> <li>Results driven with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment;</li> <li>Familiarity with SDLC concepts;</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile and/or SCRUM development methodologies. </li> </ul></div>
