About the Role:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all stages of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, design engaging recruitment campaigns, and enhance our employer brand. Your mission is to build relationships, promote our company culture, and bring in top talent to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage job postings, resume screening, and interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Candidate engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, promote our company culture, and act as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
- Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process
- Job description development: Collaborate with department heads to develop and refine job descriptions that attract the right talent
- Recruitment marketing: Craft compelling job postings and utilize various platforms to attract top talent
- Applicant tracking system (ATS) management: Maintain and update our ATS, ensuring all candidate records are current and properly documented
- Recruitment events: Plan and execute recruitment events and job fairs to showcase our company and attract potential candidates
- Onboarding support: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Performance Metrics:
- Sourcing efficiency: Achieve a 70% or higher rate of sourced candidates advancing to the interview stage
- Cost per hire: Maintain or reduce the cost per hire to $4,000 or lower across all positions
- Interview-to-offer ratio: Achieve an interview-to-offer ratio of 4:1 or lower, ensuring efficient candidate selection
- Time-to-fill: Reduce the time-to-fill metric by implementing efficient recruitment processes
- Candidate experience: Ensure a high candidate satisfaction rate, measured through feedback surveys and engagement metrics
Communication Expectations:
- Internal communication: Utilize Slack for quick and effective communication, valuing over-communication to ensure clarity and provide context
- Client communication: Use Slack as the primary platform for client communications
- Responsiveness: Provide prompt responses, offering context for any delays
- Meetings: Participate in weekly full-team meetings and daily stand-ups with pod leads to stay aligned with team goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations
- Ability to build rapport and create a positive candidate experience
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience using social media for recruiting (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
