We’re seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as a Remote Sales Representative. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through inbound and outbound sales calls, presenting our unique and rare collectible coins to customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Overview:

The Sales Representative role encompasses two primary responsibilities: completing inbound sales for advertised products and making outbound calls to previous buyers to identify potential customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting products, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals.

Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities:

  • Achieve inbound and outbound sales targets set by sales leadership
  • Ensure confidentiality and safeguard company trade secrets and customer information
  • Adhere to departmental contact strategy process and parameters
  • Present and sell assigned collectible products using company-provided information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contact information
  • Accurately record order details and stay informed about current promotional offers
  • Adhere to FTC regulations and company policies for selling and order processing
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience and/or call center experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to sell products using designed scripts and fact sheets
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to handle customer objections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic keyboarding skills
