As a Remote Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring seamless coordination of service appointments, and providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including phone and email management, correspondence, and service appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch
  • Monitor technician schedules, adjust as needed, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure excellent customer service, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Organize and maintain systems for documents, invoices, and client records, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Process payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and assist in setting up and implementing ServiceTitan
  • Collaborate with the team to support business growth and development, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services industry
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members
  • Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology, processes, and materials (beneficial but not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a clear background check
